Neighborhood Costume Parade starting at HS Elementary

Hot Springs Entertainment Committee will host a neighborhood costume parade on Saturday 10/28.  Join us at 2pm.  We’ll meet at the school and wind through the neighborhood!  We will have treat bags for the kids at the end of the parade.

Or- participate as a spectator from your house, cheering on the spooky kiddos.

Note that Town Trick or Treating will be on Halloween evening (Tuesday Oct 31)
