*YOGA @ 9:30AM (Donation-based/gentle yoga for all levels.)

Sunday Hours 12PM-8PM
*”Flooded with Feelings-a safe circle to talk about Helene and other hard things” (emotional support group) 1PM in our private event room.
*Live Music:
Mitch’s Old-Time Sessions (musicians are welcome to bring instruments and join Banjo Mitch) 3PM-6PM
