We are located in the Spring Creek Community 30 minutes south of Hot Springs, North Carolina in Madison County. Our building once was a school serving students in kindergarten through high school.
After closure when schools in our county were consolidated, the community adopted the building and is revitalizing it to offer community services to this remote and underserved area in Appalachia. Our last renovation project is a business center/space for our community.
Today the community center property is proud to offer the following services: a food pantry for the food insecure, hot meals for seniors, collection center, fitness classes, massage and acupuncture, educational activities for children and adults, high speed internet, plus so much more!
