Mitch's Pit BBQ is Hot Springs' own smoked-low-and-slow BBQ trailer, permanently parked at The Whisky Girl, 159 Bridge Street — right across from Vinyl Pies and steps off the Appalachian Trail. Pitmaster Mitch smokes everything low and slow for hours, while Andrea runs the front of house, whips up the delicious sweet treats, and keeps the whole operation rolling.
Whether you're a thru-hiker refueling for the next stretch or a local stopping by for Thursday dinner, you'll find scratch-made sides, hearty plates, and BBQ worth the wait.
