The historic Magnolia House is located walking distance to Hot Springs downtown. The Magnolia House, Magnolia Cottage, and Garden House can be rented separately, or combined to accommodate up to 22 guests in private rooms, a 2-bedroom suite, and 3-bedroom guest house.
