Large hot tub/spa and outdoor fire pit at our cozy cottage. In the city limits of Hot Springs, but across the river, so mostly private. The view is spectacular! Two queen bedrooms and one bath, central heat and air. I strive to provide high end accommodations with all paper products, soaps, and fully equipped kitchen. The comfy beds have nice linens and blankets for sleeping in after a day of hiking, rafting or fishing. Smoking allowed outside only. $60 cleaning fee per stay; taxes are included in price. There is $25 additional fee for pets.
