Spring Creek Community Center Announces Spring Creek Office for Rural Economic Development Grand Opening Celebration

Spring Creek, NC – November 1, 2025 – The Spring Creek Community Center (SCCC) is proud to announce the Grand Opening of Spring Creek Office for Rural Economic Development (SCORED!), marking a significant milestone in the center’s ongoing growth and service to the community. The celebration will take place on Saturday, November 1, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. at the Spring Creek Community Center, with a backup date set for November 8, 2025.

The event will feature a ribbon-cutting ceremony, live performances, food from local vendors, and special recognitions of the many community partners, volunteers, and organizations who made this expansion possible.

Ribbon Cutting Ceremony hosted by the Madison County Chamber of Commerce
Live Performances including 8th generation ballad singer Donna Ray Norton!
Displays & Exhibits showcasing local businesses, the history of the project, and youth programs

Awards & Recognition honoring partners such as Golden LEAF Foundation, Dogwood Health Trust, Cannon Foundation, and community leaders
Open House Tours of the new Spring Creek Office for Rural Economic Development spaces, including classrooms, the kitchen, and the library
