Writing Workshop with Elaine Bleakney at Rare Bird Farm

Deep Blue Time is a contemplative workshop for all writers at any level. We will slow the world down with writing exercises designed to help us develop, strengthen, or return to a writing practice that relocates meaning in compassionate conversation with others. We will put our phones away for the day, read and talk about short writings by other humans, enjoy a picnic meal together, and reconnect to our handwriting in the inspiration Rare Bird Farm offers.

Writing supplies will be provided — or bring your favorite pen or journal if you’re married to one. Bring your own lunch and refillable water bottle. Farm fresh tea provided.
