Trevor has been playing and composing music since the age of 9, winning state awards as part of his high school vocal quartet and an as a solo vocalist. After high school he ventured to New York City playing open mics and gigging in the East Village and being exposed to Big Band, Jazz and other influences. His unique sound was further honed traveling Turkey and Europe playing Motown music and continuing to compose his own original songs. As a solo artist or with his band Buffalo Kings, he is able to capture a full and resonant tone in his music that is both familiar and comfortable, while being carried along on a very personal style and distinctive sound.
