There take the US 25/70 East through downtown Newport towards Hot Springs, about 25 miles away. Staying on US 25/70 you will cross the French Broad River twice before entering North Carolina.

Directions from Johnson City, Tn: Take I 26 South towards Asheville and get off at exit 11 in Mars Hill. Take NC 213 West for 8 miles until you reach US 25/70. Once you cross the bridge over the French Broad River you have arrived !!
